What do you dislike about Sojourn Solutions?

I feel like we have limited hours, and I’d like to make better use of them in a way that lets me problem-solve on my own. That way, we don’t burn hours on investigation and can instead focus on implementing improvements and troubleshooting initiatives, rather than spending so much time diagnosing issues. What problems is Sojourn Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

They offer different perspectives on how to fix problems and issues. For example, when we ran into CRM integration challenges, they suggested an alternative approach to what I originally had in place, which made the process more efficient and easier to act on.
