What do you like best about Sofy.ai?

It saves me lot of time as a developer, I don't have to write test cases all the time just need to click and drag to create a new test. It even find the bugs I couldn't catch.It tests my application with different platforms so I don't have to worry about application breaking in different devices. What do you dislike about Sofy.ai?

Because of its automated functionalities it is lacking some customization capabilities and the price point is lit bit high compared to the other testing tools in the market and the customer support is not available all the time. so we have to wait for them to respond. What problems is Sofy.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a software developer I have to test my new application features, accuracy and speed. So before sofy I have to write all the test cases manually so it will break most of the times and it is very much time consuming. After I started using sofy, because of its capability to write and run the test cases automatically there is no need for me to write the test cases manually so it is saving me lot of time and energy.
