What do you like best about Software development company?

I should like to speak out as an interviewer and inform you about Software Development Company, the software that I have used couple of times. Most of the things that I like about this company is their customer relations you just ask them questions or bring forward any issues that you wish to address and they are always ready to help. What do you dislike about Software development company?

But what I can say is the least favourite I found about them is that, basically sometimes their response time seems a little slow which affects my project timings sometimes.
