SAM database is like a lifesaver where i can centrally manage all my office endpoints. Whether it's taking software installed in a pc or a even just marking a pc against a user for Easy identification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we never had a alternative for SAM, i can't say much on the negative part as whatever service we got it self were more than we expected. But one suggestion would be instead of just generic applications it would be better if we can track who all owns our firewall applications like checkpoint console and monitoring tools like SIEM, nagios, IPS which only admins needs to have access to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
