I like the convenience. Softtouch makes it easy to search through previous orders, and index them by card, date, etc. Makes End of Day a breeze, and taking orders is simple too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly very little. You get logged out if you're idle for too long, which can be mildly annoying, and we were locked out the other day, but that's the exception rather than the rule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
