"Softspoken - A Game Changer That Stands Apart from Other AI Meeting Apps!"

5/5

What do you like best about Softspoken?

I've been incredibly impressed with Softspoken! Having explored similar AI transcription and meeting assistant tools, I can confidently say that Softspoken offers something genuinely different.

What truly sets Softspoken apart is its approach to privacy. Unlike many other applications that upload meeting audio to the cloud for processing, Softspoken keeps your audio on your own computer. Your conversations don't need to leave your device, which is an enormous advantage, particularly when dealing with confidential or sensitive business discussions. What do you dislike about Softspoken?

Can not think of one thing, it is that great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Softspoken solving and how is that benefiting you?

Softspoken brings together three incredibly valuable capabilities in one application:

Dictation: Turn your spoken thoughts into written content without constantly typing.

Meeting notes: Capture conversations and turn them into meaningful, structured notes.

Actions and follow-ups: Identify key decisions, action items and next steps so important information doesn't get lost after a meeting.

Finding an application that combines all three capabilities so seamlessly, while prioritising privacy, is incredibly refreshing. Most tools focus on one aspect, whether that's dictation, transcription or meeting summaries. Softspoken brings them together into one practical productivity solution.

For someone who spends a significant amount of time in meetings, managing competing priorities, documenting discussions and tracking actions, this is exactly the kind of tool that makes a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
