What do you like best about SoftSpell?

Last Tuesday, a campaign landing page needed a few last-minute layout tweaks. SoftSpell’s AI coding assistance let me work through the changes without having to turn my request into an engineering ticket. The interface feels straightforward and stays out of the way, which helps me stay focused on what I’m trying to ship. I also appreciate the customization options, since they give us room to try different approaches. And when launch deadlines are tight, the speed and reliability of the coding workflow really matter. What do you dislike about SoftSpell?

Bringing this tool into our existing development process can take a bit of adjustment. I’d prefer integrations that fit more naturally into the team’s workflow, and the pricing also needs to align with the value we actually get from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SoftSpell solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem was that our campaign tracking data suddenly stopped lining up with landing-page activity, which left me unsure whether the root cause was in our setup or in the reporting. To figure out what had changed, I used SoftSpell to dig into the relevant code and explore potential fixes using its AI coding suggestions. In the end, I was able to narrow down the issue before escalating it to engineering, so the team had a clearer starting point for resolving the tracking problem.
