What do you like best about SoftLedger?

We are currently in the implementation stage with SoftLedger and already have full confidence in both the platform and the team behind it.

The software itself is intuitive and easy to navigate. Our team was able to get up to speed quickly without a steep learning curve, which is not always the case with accounting platforms of this depth.

What truly sets SoftLedger apart is the quality of their customer service and technical support. Whenever we have encountered questions or issues, we have been able to connect with a knowledgeable team member instantly via live chat and receive real, helpful assistance right away during business hours, not a chatbot, not a callback in three to five business days.

What has impressed us most is that the SoftLedger team proactively checks in on our progress throughout the implementation process without us having to chase them. That level of attentiveness and genuine care for their clients is increasingly rare in the software industry today, and it gives us strong confidence that the support we have received so far will continue well beyond go-live. What do you dislike about SoftLedger?

What problems is SoftLedger solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing a multi-entity and multi-currency structure has historically been one of the more complex and time-consuming challenges in our financial operations.
