I like the possibility of talking to Softgen as if I were speaking to a real developer, not knowing anything about development. Managing a business in the tourism sector, I managed to develop my app on my own up to the alpha stage. Additionally, I found the support through email conversations with the team very effective, which helped me better coordinate some aspects of Softgen. Being a startup, they didn't respond immediately; I waited a few days, but they turned out to be very helpful and present. However, the work must be done independently! Softgen could have improvements in the intuitive or communicative aspect. For people who are not experts in development, like me, it would be useful to have better suggestions during the development phase.
