"Useful for IT with Universities"

What do you like best about SOFOS?

I love the ability to separate appropriate areas and it already has LAN, WAN, and DMZ populated. It makes it easy to ensure you can separate areas of the university. It allows us to put all of the universities together. We can put grades, payments, access, etc... together. We are able to include parents in the process if the student allows it. We can run analytic reports and are able to cut cost by reducing the time it takes to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOFOS?

Nothing. I like using SOFOS to ensure all of the technical issues are taken care of. It is easy to navigate and ensures the necessary functions are up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SOFOS:

Start the installation early. You will find some quicks and kinks that you can easily call IT to help with but, it takes some time. Getting all of your systems integrated should be done during breaks not during school sessions. It makes it too difficult to do when you have all of the students and parents logging in at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SOFOS solving and how is that benefiting you?
