When it takes to safety and health, it is hard to find a suitable program that can manage it for you, and mostly it is done old school on paper. When you are a professional in EHS System, you know that paperwork must be in place. Regarding Sodales Solutions, you are stepping into integrated software where all vital EHS system tools can be managed. It is incentive schemes, grievance mechanisms, compliance management, reporting, filling required forms (permit to work, Job Safety Analysis, etc.), and you can see managing your employees outside of HR managed system.
