I mainly use Soda PDF Anywhere a few times a week when reviewing engineering drawings, supplier documents, and installation manuals. Most of my work starts on my office laptop, but I sometimes need to check files from another system or while working remotely, so having both the desktop and web version is useful.

The features I use most are adding comments, highlighting revision changes, combining multiple PDFs into one package, and converting Word documents to PDF before sharing them. The interface is straightforward, so I didn’t need much time to learn it. It also connects well with OneDrive, which makes it easier to access the latest document versions without keeping duplicate files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software works well for normal-sized documents, but larger engineering drawing sets can take a little longer to load, especially in the browser version. Some advanced editing tools are only available in the paid plan, so it would be nice if a few more features were included in the standard version. Other than that, I haven’t faced any major issues.
