What do you like best about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot constantly makes changes by listening to suggestions and adapting its site. This means every update, the site gets a bit better! My favourite feature is the very readable "Calendar" screen which you can add your custom filters to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

SocialPilot does experience a bit of lag. It's hard to discern if this is my laptop or the site but when you go over the wordcount for Twitter, you will receive a small lag spike, or when you add some filters there will be a noticeable delay. What do you like best about SocialPilot?

We use SocialPilot for managing our business socials and it has been awesome. First is centralizes management of our social pages including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X into one place which is very convenient.

With this tool, scheduling posts in bulk is easy and we can customize posts and schedules in different social platforms to meet our needs - it also comes with "repeat post" options and this enhances visibility.

Besides social media management, SocialPilot also makes creating content for social posts easy thanks to its generative AI feature.

It comes with an analytics dashboard which gives us insights on post performance and we get a complete view of data from all our socials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

As someone managing six of my own social media platforms and another dozen or so for a client, SocialPilot has been an absolute game-changer. It’s hands down the easiest and most efficient way I’ve found to schedule and manage content across multiple platforms, with tailored formatting for each one.

What I particularly appreciate is the intuitive design—adding all my accounts was quick and hassle-free, and I now use the platform at least 20 times a day. My client has since signed up with their own subscription, and their entire crew now uses it too.

In terms of ease of integration, SocialPilot seamlessly connected with every platform I use, from Facebook and LinkedIn to Instagram and X. It didn’t require any complicated setup or third-party tools to get things going.

As for ease of implementation, I was up and running within minutes. The platform is straightforward enough that even those with minimal tech experience can figure it out quickly.

I can’t speak directly to customer support because, frankly, I’ve never had to use it—which in itself says a lot about how well the platform works right out of the box.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

While I truly appreciate how easy SocialPilot makes managing multiple accounts and scheduling content, one thing that stands out as a downside is the need to constantly upgrade your subscription to access platform-specific features—like tagging or using the collab tool on Instagram. If the platform offers publishing to these networks, it would make sense for those key features to be included in the base subscription. Its got a super solid foundation and they add features on top of that to deliver an awesome experience. They don't try to change how social media is managed but allow arm those in the trenches to have a simple experience that enables them to achieve their outcomes. What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

Having moved from Hootsuite due to significant price increase, I do compare Social Pilot to this platform. Hootsuite offers much more detailed reporting and does not need a mobile device to publish certain Instagram posts.

It would also be useful to have a listening dashboard like Hootsuite to be able to view selected social media accounts and Twitter lists. Hootsuite does everything were as Social Pilot does the essentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not a heavy user so haven't found much to dislike, it can be a bit clunky when trying to delete content and has been a bit glitchy on X character limits, but not a big problem for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialPilot?

It's super easy to connect our accounts and schedule our posts! It was easy to implement with our team and our users. We are posting to over 75 social accounts weekly so having a tool that is easy to use is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialPilot?

The downside is the reporting grouping. I would prefer to be able to group reports however I want. If I'd like to combine all the reporting into one large group, there isn't really a way to do it.
