What do you like best about SocialNowa?

As you may know, chatbots are the future of digital marketing & business and Socialnowa is a very powerful chatbot platform to automate your social media marketing, lead generation, customer services and much more. The chatbots, once easily set up, respond automatically to queries or messages by potential or existing customers in the form of natural language conversations improving customer service, decreasing costs, and increasing sales potential.

It offers so many useful features yet it's so easy to set up and work with even for a newbie like me, everything is intuitive and straight forward and everything works perfectly as intended. I haven't needed any help from customer support but if I need anything in the future I have their contact widget ready right on my account page.

And compared to other competitors like manychat you save tons of money monthly with Socialnowa lifetime deal and last but not least they don't bill according to your contacts number, they allow unlimited number of contacts and subscribers with all plans!

What do you dislike about SocialNowa?

So far so good, everything is working perfectly and very cool new features are coming soon like Whatsapp chatbot already on the roadmap so can't be happier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The bots will typically answer questions, assist enquirers, provide updates and solve pre or after sales issues improving customer service, decreasing costs, hyperboosting leads generation and increasing sales potential.
