I like the fact that socialman is a tool built for ease of use and effectiveness. We have used socialman for a few of our clients now to run a simple giveaway or multiple giveaway campaigns and have been impressed each time. There isn't anything I can say at this point that I dislike, they have a great business model and customer service which are two of the first things I usually complain about!
