What do you like best about Socialez?

Most helpful thing for me is their Free plan features. I am managing client social media pages and without paying, I can connect 4 channels which is very useful.

Also, they are giving AI Assistant (AI caption and post generation) in free plan. This is very helpful when you don’t have idea what to write. Even image generation option is there, which saves time.

Inbox management in one place is also big plus. I don’t need to open different platforms to check messages and comments.

You can also invite your team members and assign them post scheduling.

Compared to other tools like Buffer free version, SocialEZ gives more features in free plan. So for freelancers or small agencies, it is very useful to start without investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Socialez?

Limited AI credits (100 for free) (this is one downside)

Deep reporting is not available in free plan

What problems is Socialez solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can manage posting and inbox in one place. So it saves my time and work is more organized.
