**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

What I like best about Sociabble is its ease of use and its ability to centralize communication and employee engagement in a single platform. The interface is intuitive, content sharing is straightforward, and the platform continuously evolves with new features based on customer feedback. The support team is also responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

Some advanced configurations and administrative tasks can be complex and require support from the vendor. Reporting and analytics could also offer more flexibility and customization for large organizations.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociabble helps centralize internal communications, ensuring employees can easily access relevant information in one place instead of through multiple disconnected channels. It improves communication reach, employee engagement, and content visibility while providing analytics to measure adoption and effectiveness. **What do you like best about Sociabble?**

Sociabble's versatility is what sets it apart. We use gamification to drive adoption, reporting to track ambassador activity, and the platform handles orchestrating our entire user engagement strategy from one dashboard. Beyond the product itself, the Sociabble team is knowledgeable, stays on top of priorities, and is genuinely dialed in. We collaborate really well with them!

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

The main friction point is the time zone gap. Sociabble's team is based in France, and we're US-based, which can slow down collaboration on urgent issues or decisions. Beyond that, we've hit a wall with what feels like simple enhancement requests. The team is genuinely great at exploring possibilities, but a lot of what we ask about turns out to be baked into the UI or core architecture in ways that can't be easily changed. It's frustrating when a small adjustment would unlock a better workflow but isn't feasible on their end.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform to run our employee advocacy program and keep our ambassadors engaged. Sociabble is our hub for managing the Social Ambassadors program. We use gamification to drive adoption, manage content sharing, and track engagement through reporting.

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

The simplicity and speed of use, the numerous new features, the easy integration with everyday tools, as well as the support and responsiveness of the CSMs: all of this really makes a difference. Bonus: their AI agent, which is continuously being enhanced, for a reasonable price. On a daily basis, it is a real support for engaging employees in an intuitive and reliable way.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

Nothing much to criticize, but some small points for improvement: users cannot add PDFs on the platform or publishable polls on LinkedIn. These are details.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time spent by salespeople finding content for LinkedIn. This solves the obstacle of "not having an idea" and "not having the time."

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

The UX is very user-friendly. It’s straightforward to administer, and users can easily navigate through the different sections. It’s always up and available. You also have access to fun side features, like bets on the football World Cup, which helps with adoption of the tool. Publishing content is very straightforward as well. It’s flexible in terms of content partitioning, allowing you to publish a lot of content without spamming everybody. Overall, it has drastically changed employees’ perception of corporate communication and helped a lot in creating team spirit at different levels within the company.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

I haven’t found any real downsides. It delivers the service I expected, and it does so in a nice, straightforward way.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees had been seeking more visibility into our corporate communication. Updates on new deal signings or project successes were being shared by email, and often only with small groups. People also felt they weren’t aware of broader company life, like specific events happening within a team, and so on. Since we put Sociabble in place, we’ve clearly bridged that gap and made it easier for everyone to stay in the loop.

The platform makes it super easy to discover, curate and content while keeping employees engaged and informed. It's very intuitive and makes posting content a breeze!

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

Since there are so many features and capabilities, there might be a slight learning curve when first exploring all the features/customizations.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociabble is a single platform for Huron employees to access important updates and share our content with their professional networks. Our employees are our ambassadors and providing them with access to Sociabble results in a more connected workforce and greater reach for Huron social media footprint.

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

Still as satisfied with Sociabble, which continues to offer increasingly engaging features for users while ensuring a simple and intuitive administrator experience. Modernity, responsiveness, diversity, Sociabble is an essential for internal communication.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

The least useful feature, in my opinion, is the "points" system because as an administrator, I don't quite see how to capitalize on this feature, apart from saying that a certain person has the maximum points. 
Otherwise, I am sometimes surprised that some "simple" features, like being able to save a pre-recorded color code in content management, are not implemented and especially that there is no visibility on when this might happen.

What we value most about Sociabble is how effectively it enables engagement at scale. Supporting over 80,000 colleagues, the platform is intuitive, reliable, and easy for colleagues to adopt, while still offering the depth and flexibility our internal communications and engagement teams need.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

Sociabble’s reporting and analytics functionality is generally strong, however some areas are more advanced than others. While core metrics and insights are valuable, there is an opportunity for greater depth and flexibility in certain reports to better support more nuanced analysis at scale. That said, the analytics capabilities are continually evolving, and Sociabble is consistently improving this area in response to our feedback.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociabble solves the challenge of reaching, engaging, and including colleagues who have traditionally had limited or no access to digital internal communications, particularly our retail & depot colleagues. The platform enables us to create dedicated sites and pages that provide access to information, resources, and updates that were previously not easily available to large parts of our workforce.
It has allowed us to roll out global colleague benefits, such as discounts enabled through QR codes, in a consistent and accessible way across markets. Sociabble also supports colleague advocacy by making it easy for colleagues to engage with and share content, strengthening connection and pride in the organisation.
Overall, Sociabble has helped us standardise our approach to colleague communications, ensuring messages are inclusive, timely, and accessible to all cohorts of colleagues, regardless of role or location. This has significantly improved engagement and helped create a more connected and informed workforce.

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

The implementation team and support are top-notch. Their admin course is lengthy, but it’s very thorough and well worth the time invested. The site’s look and feel is very similar to other professional social media platforms, which makes it easy for new users to learn and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

It has tons of features, but that also means the architecture can be quite complex for admins to learn and get comfortable with. Sometimes it feels like these features could be more connected as well. Also, while the site itself has a very similar look to other professional social media platforms, so it's current and modern; the design of templates, badges is quite simple and could do with more customization options.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a one-stop shop for all company-related information, whether that’s publishing a new policy document, building awareness and advocacy around a new product launch, or simply sharing life-at-the-office stories from around the world.

Sociabble is an easy-to-use platform with a smooth and efficient implementation process that allows teams to get up and running with great self-paced training. Its modern, social-media-inspired design closely reflects how people already consume and interact with content outside of the workplace, making the experience feel familiar and highly intuitive for employees. This thoughtful design naturally drives engagement across the company by encouraging interaction, content sharing, and ongoing participation without feeling forced or overly corporate. By blending workplace communication with a structure employees already understand, Sociabble creates a simple, engaging, and effective way to connect teams and support company-wide communication.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

While the overall experience is very positive, there are a few minor pain points in the current platform that can be limiting. For example, when creating a challenge, the background color of the page is automatically selected based on the image uploaded, and there is no option to manually choose or adjust the color, which can affect branding or readability. That said, Sociabble has been transparent about these limitations and has already communicated that they are actively working on improvements, which shows a strong commitment to continuous enhancement and user feedback.

Sociabble addresses the challenge of keeping employees connected, informed, and motivated in a way that feels natural rather than transactional. It provides a centralized space where company messages can reach people effectively while encouraging ongoing participation through familiar interaction patterns. From an operational standpoint, the platform simplifies rollout and ongoing management, offering intuitive administrative controls and reliable support tools that make it easy to maintain and scale without adding complexity. As a result, teams stay aligned and active, while administrators can confidently manage the platform with minimal friction.

**What do you like best about Sociabble?**

Before implementing Sociabble, our intranet was a one-way communication channel — leadership pushed content down, and it largely stopped there. Low engagement, limited interaction and no real sense of connection across our global team. Sociabble changed that completely. What we like best is that it turned a passive broadcast tool into an actual conversation. Employees across GSCF's regions and functions are now connecting, reacting, sharing and recognizing each other in ways that simply weren't possible before. The peer-to-peer praise, leaderboards and global rewards features have been particularly effective at building cultural cohesion across GSCF's global footprint - something that's genuinely hard to do in a distributed organization. The AI-assisted content sharing and direct LinkedIn integration have also been a standout — our employees are now brand advocates in a real, organic way, amplifying GSCF's voice externally without it feeling like a mandate. The platform itself is also remarkably intuitive, which made adoption across a global team far smoother than we anticipated. And the customer support and implementation team were exceptional - responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely felt like an extension of our own team rather than an outside vendor. Every question was answered promptly and with real care. Most importantly, it has become our central internal communication platform - the first place employees go when they want to know what's happening at GSCF. That kind of habitual, instinctive adoption is the real measure of success for any internal tool, and Sociabble has earned it.

**What do you dislike about Sociabble?**

The initial lift to get content flowing and employees consistently engaged requires real internal effort and ownership. It's not a set-it-and-forget-it platform - you need someone driving it. That's not necessarily a criticism of Sociabble, but worth knowing going in so you resource accordingly.

**What problems is Sociabble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our core problem was simple: we had an intranet that no one used. It was top-down, static, and disconnected from how our team actually works and communicates. We needed to strengthen our company culture, improve internal communication and empower employees to engage with and advocate for the GSCF brand. Sociabble solved all three. We now have a unified hub where employees stay informed, access must-read content, connect across time zones, and actively participate in building our culture. The SharePoint integration and centralized document access have also meaningfully improved day-to-day productivity. The transformation from intranet to culture hub has been real and measurable in engagement.
