What do you like best about Sobriety Hub?

It is extremely easy to use, yet still effective for program staff, including those with limited experience using operations management software. The platform feels clean and inviting (e.g., color coding, resident pictures, and lots of white space), and overall it has a very modern look and feel. There is also an AI search feature that helps pull specific data points quickly. They continue to add new features and refine the platform, which I appreciate. I also found the data dashboards, tag system, and billing features especially helpful. Set up and onboarding was a breeze as this is truly designed for sober living operations only. Forms are customizable with condition logic. Setting it up for your organization is also very straightforward for those who have little experience with these types of platforms. What do you dislike about Sobriety Hub?

The software doesn’t integrate with QuickBooks. It also doesn’t offer an easy way to track outcomes or the assistance provided, so it would be helpful to add some low-key case management features to support that kind of tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sobriety Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our program and case managers needed a straightforward way to track our recovery housing operations without it feeling overwhelming. Having a client-facing app was also a must for our program to improve staff-client communications. With this, our team can stay on top of day-to-day operations without relying on spreadsheets or separate task management software, and it helps us present a more professional look overall.
