I really like how easy it is to set up Sobot AI Agents initially. You can create an Agent directly through conversations on the dashboard. The dashboard proactively asks questions based on needs and guides us step-by-step to upload resources, create skills, and complete settings. It has a strong ability to understand customer issues and needs, and can autonomously call resources and connect systems based on customer requirements. Most tasks can be handled independently. Over 80% of our return, exchange, and repair tasks can be independently resolved by the AI Agent, reducing manual pressure and costs; processing efficiency is higher, and customer satisfaction is also higher. Sometimes when I upload images directly to the AI Agent, it seems unable to recognize them well. I hope Sobot AI Agents can improve their ability to recognize and extract information from images and different files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
