SoConnect helps to aggregate information and distribute it to 70 different channels. In a way, we sort of get 70x the result from 1x work. The report and analysis are very rich, it helps us to make various business decision. SoConnect is less friendly to chained outlets. For example, if you have a lot of outlets (say more than 50), there's no direct option for you to review the overall performance of your entire business. Also, it's hard to reply to reviews since you have to go one by one location in order to reply.
