The listeners actually work for LinkedIn, which is where all my buyers are. Most monitoring tools treat LinkedIn as an afterthought. SnitchFeed lets me build a listener for "people running SaaS partner programs" and I get a daily feed of real posts from real heads of partnerships, not press releases.
The fit score is the part I didn't expect to care about. I sort by fit, skim the top 20, and that's my comment list and my outreach list for the day. Basically it replaced an hour of doomscrolling with a 10 minute check.
The MCP connector is the other big one. I have SnitchFeed plugged into my AI, Claude, so I can say "go through the survey feed, pull leads, spreadsheet, columns X Y Z" and it's done. Same thing for our franchise engagement research, we pulled a whole list of people talking about customer loyalty on a franchise level and used that to recruit survey participants.
And I can test a keyword query live before creating a listener. That saved me from building a bunch of noisy listeners on phrases that sounded good but returned garbage.
The pricing is also much more affordable compared to competitors, the support from Parth, the founder has been amazing! He's worked closely with his customers helping them learn and use the tool.
Never had issues with performance so far, every minor issue that I had has been fixed in a day's worth of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very tough for me to say, as it stands there's nothing really I can single out as a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
