What do you like best about Snitcher?

An incredibly intelligent platform with an easy-to-use interface. The free trial was very helpful, and the support and onboarding team have been fantastic; their knowledge of Snitcher’s capabilities is invaluable.

Compared with other tools on the market, it offers good value for money, and the lead identification and management is second to none. It integrates smoothly with the other tools we use and saves huge amounts of time previously spent on admin and data input.

We’ve already got appointments booked in with prospects found through Snitcher. If you’re looking for a website visitor identification platform that performs and delivers, I would highly recommend them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Snitcher?

I know they're working on refining filtering target demographics, which will be great - although its already much more advanced than I'd hoped it would be! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Snitcher solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get a huge number of visitors to our website each month who are in the market for a new accountant, but when it comes to switching, they don’t always feel confident enough to commit to making an enquiry and getting the ball rolling. Being able to identify the people we’ve attracted to our business, and who are genuinely interested in what we do, means we can reach out to them and open up the lines of communication.

Snitcher makes this possible by helping us understand who those visitors are and enabling us to start a dialogue directly from our CRM. It also lets us see what services they’re interested in, along with their size, location, industry, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
