What do you like best about SnapSea?

That it allows us to use images taken by our visitors that show people enjoying the various areas of our attraction. It is great that you can set up custom search tags to collect specific images, create custom folders, download images to use or store images in a database and even customise the comment templates to use the tone of voice. We also are making great use of the universal link option, which allows us to easily request image rights while also still keeping links to our website and main events in our instagram bio. What do you dislike about SnapSea?

It is a little time consuming requesting the rights to every image but worth it for the return on really great user generated content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SnapSea solving and how is that benefiting you?

SnapSea enables us to request and use images that our visitors have taken on a day out at our attraction. The images are fabulous, candide, have poeple in the shots, people doing things etc so are very powerful for us to be able to use in our promotions/brand awarensss etc. Being able to use the image database snapsea collects saves us time in having to physically go out, plan and take similar images ourselves. Visitors have a great eye for the beautiful parts of the park and it shows us at a glance the most photographed, shared locations onsite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
