Ability to use and modify multiple files from databases, spreadsheets and emails. I was able to automate work that would have taken 10 hours in less than an hour. We use additional tools to create the files, and we use Snaplogic to send the emails, which are personalized, have a standard copy, and have an attached file relevant to the customer. Occasionally when sending over 100 emails, the program would run out of memory and we would have to resend those emails individually.
