The sales and onboarding/training teams are great. Rudi and George were very informative, patient, and quick to offer suggestions based on our specific use to help us streamline things. Also, they were able to have small tweaks made to our version of SnapInspect to make our specific use case very efficient. From my initial experience, the app is very user friendly in the field. The app performs well in the field, and the ability to use it offline and then upload an entire set of inspections when back in range of WiFi is very useful!
