What do you like best about SMS Storetraffic T.M.A.S.?

The counter is very accurate, and the software makes it easy for us to compare visitor numbers by date, time, and month. We have two so are also able to compare by location. The software allows us to use their supplied reports or to download the information for Excel to create custom reports. It is also easy to make adjustments to the numbers when unexpected blockages occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SMS Storetraffic T.M.A.S.?

The batteries don’t last very long, so we purchased an AC power adapter kit, which has been wonderful. The only other drawback is that when a large number of people enter at once, it can create a blockage and the counter stops working. We can tell when this happens, and we simply correct the numbers. What problems is SMS Storetraffic T.M.A.S. solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us an accurate accounting of when visitors come to the exhibit. Having a five-year history also helps us understand which holidays we should be open and which ones we can safely close. Over the years, we’ve discussed closing days or changing hours several times, and being able to compare the data and see exactly when visitors are coming gives us solid, concrete information to rely on when making those decisions.
