What do you like best about Smooth Ops?

The vendor price tracking is what sold us. Running a restaurant means hundreds of SKUs across multiple vendors, and price creep is easy to miss when you're buried in day to day ops. Smooth Ops caught vendors quietly raising prices on us that we never would have noticed line by line on an invoice. That alone paid for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smooth Ops?

Honestly not much to complain about. Our biggest regret is not finding it sooner. We were paying 10x the monthly cost for a previous tool that had fewer modules than Smooth Ops offers. Wish we'd made the switch earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smooth Ops solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inventory and COGS tracking. It used to take a lot of manual work to know our real cost of goods, now it's much easier to stay on top of.

Scheduling gaps. Managers would leave holes in the schedule without realizing it. Smooth Ops makes those gaps visible before they become a staffing problem.

Labor cost control. We can watch labor hours closely instead of finding out after the fact that we were overstaffed or understaffed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
