"Smodin Makes SOPs Clear and Multilingual for Fast Safety Rollouts"

What do you like best about Smodin?

In a food production and fulfilment business with a high volume, such as Gousto, clarity is everything. Smodin is primarily used by us for rewriting SOPs and translating warehouse documents. The AI rewrites complex language used in manufacturing to make it more understandable for floor-level staff. It provides clear and simple steps. Thanks to its ability to write in multiple languages, we save lots of time when rolling out safety procedures to a multicultural workforce. What do you dislike about Smodin?

One small complaint Ive encountered is that when pasting exceedingly long technical manuals for a rewrite, the interface can sometimes feel a bit sluggish. You may have to divide the text into sections to speed the reading. Just like the above, the first templates can be quite useful but usually require a manual check. What problems is Smodin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Smodin has drastically cut down the man-hours that we spend on writing or checking internal ops content. It is great at solving the complexity: brevity/direction gap that is found in backend logistics/frontline execution. We are satisfied with its capabilities, and the speed is more than sufficient to manage sizable text volumes, although there may be periodic delays.
