I find Smler Url Shortener to be quite good for our purpose. It's great that they have a prompt service, as they are very prompt in solving queries. This promptness is very valuable, especially in production environments where small time durations can make or break things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a complete product as of now. We're not using the tracking of links yet, which we hope to do in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
