What do you like best about SmithDigital?

What I appreciate most is the people and the working relationship. They’re approachable, responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely willing to listen. What do you dislike about SmithDigital?

Recommendations to others considering SmithDigital:

If you’re considering SmithDigital, I’d recommend going into the relationship as a partnership rather than simply handing off a list of marketing tasks.

Give them context about your business, your customers, your goals, and what success actually looks like for you. The more both sides communicate and collaborate, the more value you’re going to get from the relationship.

For us at NEX, having SmithDigital as an outside marketing resource has given us additional support, ideas, and bandwidth without having to build every marketing capability internally. If you’re looking for a team that’s personable, flexible, easy to work with, and genuinely interested in helping your business grow, they’re definitely worth considering. What problems is SmithDigital solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest challenges for us at NEX has been figuring out how to communicate everything our platform can do in a way that’s clear, engaging, and actually connects with the right audience. NEX covers a lot, from CRM and sales to inventory, service, automation, and operations, so marketing it effectively isn’t always simple.

SmithDigital has helped us bring more structure and consistency to our marketing efforts and take some of that workload off our internal team.
