What do you like best about Smith.ai Live Chat?

1. It's functional

2. The live chat receptionists are beyond excellent and don't make mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smith.ai Live Chat?

The chat widget is mobile friendly, but doesn't lend itself to starting open or opening since it takes up a lot of smart phone real estate. Very minor and Super far from being a deal killer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
