What do you like best about Smith.ai AI Receptionist?

What I like best is knowing that our phones are always covered. Smith.ai answers when our staff is busy, handles overflow, and covers nights and weekends. As a law firm, we never want a potential client to call and just get voicemail. We have been using Smith.ai for nearly seven years, and they have become a reliable extension of our team. What do you dislike about Smith.ai AI Receptionist?

There really isn't much I dislike. Occasionally a call may not be handled exactly the way we would have handled it internally, but that is to be expected when using an outside receptionist service. What problems is Smith.ai AI Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem Smith.ai solves for us is missed calls and interruptions. Before Smith.ai, I was constantly stopping what I was doing to answer calls, many of which were marketing, vendor, or other non-client calls. Now our team can stay focused on our clients and legal work while Smith.ai makes sure incoming calls are answered and properly handled.

It also allows us to provide coverage well beyond normal business hours without having to staff our office nights and weekends. For a law firm, where a missed call can easily mean a missed potential client, that has been extremely valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
