I like having the AI roleplays and the LMS together in one platform. It gives us the flexibility to deliver training in different formats, so depending on what the team needs at that point, we can use it for structured learning as well as interactive practice with AI. So far I've not faced any major issues with Smartwinnr. it has been useful for our training activities and it meets our current priorities and requirements, and the performance of the platform is smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
