What do you like best about SmartWinnr?

What’s works well for us is our reps will learn before and between the call with HCP on short modules and quizzes. Our team reps are now getting consistent practice on real world sales situations, and the AI feedback loop means they're not just going through the motions they're improving. Coaching adoption across the salesforce has increased quite a bit since we started using smartwinnr and that's something we struggled to drive earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartWinnr?

As of now i don't have major dislikes, the experience with Smartwinner team is very helpful so thats never been a concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartWinnr solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing Smartwinnr solving is that our trainers has to repeat the sessions again and again in different languages, and sales readiness approach was inconsistent because of size of our team, Smartwinnr gave us a platform to run AI coaching across the whole salesforce at a time without any interruption with mesurable outcomes, as a result we can track how is every rep is performing and know exactly where are the gaps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
