The violations module is superb. It makes it so easy to drive the community, note a violation, take a picture, submit it online and send the resident a letter and email. I have found the customer support and help desk to be quite responsive. I appreciate the time staff takes to listen to my issues and help me figure out a path forward.

The accounting module makes entering accounts payable and printing checks incredibly easy. You do not need to have an accounting background to do these tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user experience is not homogenous across the system. The letter function and search function differs slightly in each module. The windows don't resize to fit the screen.
