What do you like best about SmartTracker?

We implemented SmartTracker to our organization/department during a time where resources were very limited and our team was being stretched. Putting SmartTracker in place has provided our team a lot of satisfaction & increased efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartTracker?

Given the adaption needed with the ongoing COVID pandemic, our team is entirely remote & working from their personal homes - A few team members expressed difficulty accessing the system via their network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SmartTracker:

SmartTracker is a great tool and has absolutely benefitted my department and company since implementation - Word to the wise, when going thru the initial implementation and process planning, be sure to have more key players at the table than too few. Our launch was delayed because, initially, our organization's leaders were attempting to navigate implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartTracker solving and how is that benefiting you?
