"Great Survey Site, just one suggestion for improvement"

What do you like best about SmartSurvey?

I like that you can get a free account and can still get good detailed information in Word. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. The free account only allows 100 responses per month, so if you can set that limit ahead of time, it would make it so if they are not in the first 100 that participants do not waste their time. I like the product, but I wish there were more types of stage pricing, like 250 responses cost. My one suggestion for improvement is if you can set a limit on the number of responses. What problems is SmartSurvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

It complies data well to be able to determine process improvements for the groups we serve. The information is laid out well but it would be nice to see what the excel version looks like if you upgaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of our plans allow you to set a maximum number of responses to your survey at which point, when reached the survey would close and not accept anymore responses.
