What do you like best about SmartSuite?

I like SmartSuite because it is simple yet powerful. I appreciate the data protection for every type of record and field, and its flexibility allows me to achieve anything I have in mind. It is an ideal tool for managing companies without clear boundaries between capabilities. I like the ability to model mockups over time, without having to invest in expensive software solutions upfront. Additionally, using SmartSuite together with artificial intelligence, I can model projects according to my needs. What do you dislike about SmartSuite?
