What do you like best about SmartSuite?

SmartSuite is very intuitive to use and build thanks to their welcoming UI and build philosophy. We have leaders throughout our organization that are able to learn it in a day and build full solutions for their areas. Many leaders are seeing process improvements with automations, better data collection, and dashboards.

Linking solutions together also allow us to collaborate across the organization.

SmartSuite licenses have paid for themselves thanks to the many applications that we've been able to eliminate. Those that have had their processes moved to SmartSuite agree that their experience has improved as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

Nothing that we can think of. They innovate very quickly and any gripes we have had have been resolved with some patience. SmartSuite is very responsive to feature requests and their feature release rate is very impressive, especially with the enterprise-grade features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartSuite is helping us consolidate many of our applications and processes under one platform. This has simplified our work and reporting needs.

Given how easy it is for a non-IT person to learn to build, it has also freed up our IT to focus on the more complex tools in the organization and no longer be a bottleneck to some of the quick wins. I also appreciate SmartSuite's implementation of governance which allows us to manage who builds what so that we don't have unmanageable sprawl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
