What do you like best about SmartSuite?

It was easy to set up in a way that fits how we actually work, not how some template thinks we should. Linking related records together keeps everything connected, and the automations take care of the reminders and handoffs that used to slip through the cracks. What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartSuite solves the problem of having our work scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes, and people’s heads. At BRB we manage a lot of moving pieces across vendors, customers, and internal follow-ups, and before SmartSuite it was too easy for things to get missed or duplicated.

Now everything lives in one place and stays connected. Automations handle the reminders and handoffs we used to do manually, so follow-ups don’t slip and nobody has to chase status. Dashboards give us a quick, accurate picture of what’s open and what needs attention.

The benefit for us is less time spent tracking work and more time actually doing it. We’re more organized, more consistent, and quicker to respond to customers. It’s also flexible enough that when our process changes, the tool changes with it, without needing outside help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
