Flexibility and ease of use. It has a true relational backend, so I can link data across apps in ways a typical CRM won’t let you, and that’s helped me find correlations and trends I wouldn’t have seen otherwise. It’s also really easy to build in and doesn’t take long to learn, so we went from idea to something the team was actually using in a short time. Time to value was quick. On top of that, the SmartSuite team has been great. They’re supportive and willing to add features when we need them, and since the platform is so flexible, those requests don’t take forever to show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main wish is around the look and feel. The dashboards could be more compact and modern, and I’d like more control over how they’re laid out and styled. I’d also love the option to move the main menu to a vertical bar on the left and build custom navigation, so each team could get to what they use most without clicking around. None of this gets in the way of what the platform does, and given how quickly the team ships features, I’m hopeful it’s on the roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
