I like the templates because they give me a solid launching point when I need one. That said, I also enjoy starting from scratch. SmartSuite’s functionality is better than anything else I’ve tried, and the level of customization makes it easy for me to build exactly what I need. SmartSuite’s support is phenomenal as well—I never feel like I’m left waiting for an answer. The pricing fits within my budget, and I don’t have to worry about surprise fees or unexpected add-ons. There are only two things I wish they would improve. First, document creation feels rough and has some issues. I can use an add-on to work around it, but not without paying for an additional service.
