What do you like best about SmartSuite?

The platform’s capability for innovation is excellent. It helps me understand the system clearly and build complex workflows that align well with our company’s needs.

The UI is also great and very easy to understand and use. This is especially important for us, since we operate in a very niche industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

More native integrations would be helpful, especially more creative ways to incorporate Google Meet integrations, Google Sheets, and Google Mail.

The document designer could use some improvement as well. We like to generate automatic reports with it, but some of the formatting elements in the document designer feel limiting and make it harder to get the layout we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem SmartSuite is helping me solve involves complex workflows that need to be integrated across multiple departments. I like that it’s easy to build and adjust things as I go, and to integrate new workflows with minimal support. This allows us to operate better and always keep innovating our data/flow.
