What do you like best about SmartSuite?

What I like most about SmartSuite is its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and ability to manage multiple workflows and projects in one centralized platform. It makes task management, project tracking, and team collaboration much more organized and efficient.

I particularly appreciate the customizable dashboards, different views, task assignments, and automation capabilities, which allow teams to tailor the platform to their specific business needs.

From my experience working on GRC-related projects, SmartSuite has been especially helpful for tracking deliverables, managing responsibilities, monitoring project progress, and maintaining visibility across different activities. What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

One area where SmartSuite could improve is the learning curve for some of its advanced features. While the platform is generally user-friendly, setting up complex workflows, automations, and highly customized solutions can take some time, especially for new users.

Additionally, more detailed documentation and practical examples for advanced configurations would make the experience even better.
