"SmartSuite: Relational Tables and Powerful Automations, Smooth Interface"

What do you like best about SmartSuite?

What immediately fascinated me about SmartSuite is the power of relational tables, automations, and customized views, especially the dashboards I can share with my clients.

The ease of use is astonishing! In just a few clicks, I managed to replicate the features of a specialized business application that took several years to develop.

The interface is intuitive, pleasant, and very smooth. I have hardly ever encountered performance issues. The French translations are sometimes a bit surprising, but the English interface is perfectly clear.

I discovered the tool's possibilities on my own, without prior training. I then attended a webinar, not to learn how to use it, but to deepen my knowledge.

SmartSuite allowed me to build what I imagined without writing a single line of code. But it mainly led me to rethink my organization and work processes.

The integration of AI provides assistance in drafting in SmartDocs and creating workflows, which is a welcome boost.

And for a subscription of about $500 a year, the return on investment is remarkable!

What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

My main regret concerns the native integrations, which I would like to see much more numerous.

SmartSuite has become the heart of my professional organization, and I would naturally like to connect it to all my other applications!

Zapier allows some limitations to be bypassed, but it adds a technical layer and sometimes some synchronization delays. For example, I sometimes have to refresh a view several times to see records created by an external automation.

Some integrations already exist, notably with Microsoft 365, but they are not accessible with my subscription level. I would also like to have native integrations with HubSpot and Rize.

Finally, while the value for money of my current subscription is excellent, the price jump to access certain advanced features is significant. This is particularly the case for Microsoft 365 integrations or data localization options in Europe.

Ultimately, my main complaint might be wanting to do always more with SmartSuite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

As the head of a GDPR consulting firm, I use SmartSuite to organize and manage all my activities.

I have gradually built a true business application that centralizes my clients, their contacts, received requests, tasks to be completed, and deliverables produced. Thanks to relational tables, all this information is linked and easily accessible.

Automations facilitate activity tracking and limit repetitive tasks. Customized views and dashboards allow me to manage my activities and also share with each client a clear vision of the work done and ongoing actions.

SmartSuite also facilitates collaborative work with my team.

The main benefit is having replaced a scattered organization across multiple tools and files with a centralized, scalable environment fully adapted to my needs.

And above all, I can evolve this application myself, at the pace of my activity, without relying on a developer or incurring significant development costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
