What do you like best about SmartSuite?

What I like most about SmartSuite is the enormous flexibility. We can map very different processes such as project management, forecasting, CRM, marketing, or internal administrative processes on a central platform and tailor the solutions very precisely to our own requirements. Particularly helpful are the links between data sets, the different views, formulas, and automations. We can implement many changes or new processes ourselves without needing individual software development each time. What do you dislike about SmartSuite?

I see room for improvement mainly in the reliability of more complex automations. Automations generally work very well, but with more extensive processes, there are occasionally delays or unexpected behavior, which can be problematic in business-critical operations. What problems is SmartSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

SmartSuite primarily helps us map very different business processes on a central platform, instead of distributing information across various Excel files, individual tools, or manual processes. We use SmartSuite for project management, forecasting, CRM, marketing, and internal administrative processes, among other things. This gives us a common data basis and significantly more transparency about processes, responsibilities, and current information. Particularly valuable for us is that we can implement new requirements very quickly ourselves. Many processes can be automated with automations, formulas, and linked data sets, reducing manual maintenance and coordination effort, and we don't have to develop an individual software solution for changes every time.
