What do you like best about SmartSuite?

I like SmartSuite because of its flexibility, allowing us to build solutions around our clients' businesses rather than making them adapt to the software. The relational data model is a big plus, and the powerful automation capabilities make tasks much smoother. The granular permissioning is also a feature I appreciate, as it provides the necessary control over different access levels. Additionally, I find it valuable as a central operational system that replaces disconnected tools, streamlining operations throughout the client lifecycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SmartSuite?
