What do you like best about Smartsheet?

It's pretty easy for new people to understand the basic UI. Once they are committed to learning then the integrations for example the dashboards and other reports etc takes some time for them to understand, but with the online videos and community its easy to learn. The AI integration is helpful at times, especially with the AI charts for dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

At times, the EU domain is slow. Sometimes I wish there were similar formulas to excel, such as lookup. I know there are workarounds but they also require a lot of work to setup. Also it would be great to integrate html dashboards created by Claude into the smartsheet dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that it's quick to build something. It's great in my line of work when I need a solution ASAP. I can create a form to quickly gather info and share it via dashboard or workapps as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
