The sharing and permission controls are really handy for managing who sees what. I can give clients a view-only link to their project without exposing everything else we're working on. The commenting feature keeps all the project conversations in one place instead of scattered across email threads. I wish the mobile experience was a bit more polished. It works fine for viewing but doing any serious editing on a phone is clunky. What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem it solved was transparency. People were working in silos and nobody had a clear picture of what others were doing. This led to duplicate work and missed handoffs. Smartsheet made everything visible to everyone who needed to see it. Now we can quickly see what's in progress, what's completed, and what's blocked.
