What do you like best about Smartsheet?

I appreciate how easy it is to set up and start using right away. There isn't a huge onboarding process or months of training required. The templates are actually useful and cover most common use cases, which saved us a lot of setup time. The integration options work well with the other tools we already use, making it feel like a natural addition rather than a disruption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smartsheet?

The user permissions could be more granular. Sometimes I want to give someone access to view certain data but not edit, and the options feel a bit limited. The interface can also get cluttered when you have a lot of sheets and workspaces open at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smartsheet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's solving our tracking problem. We used to rely on manual updates and spreadsheets passed around via email, which always ended up with version control issues. Smartsheet gives us a single source of truth that everyone can access anytime. This has reduced errors, saved time, and given us much better visibility into our overall workload and capacity.
